How long do they stay fresh after opening?
Once opened, store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. They stay fresh for up to 3 months at room temperature, or up to 6 months refrigerated.
Are Khari products suitable for diabetics?
Our dates have a low-to-medium GI and are high in fibre, which slows sugar absorption. However, we recommend consulting your doctor if you have diabetes before adding dates to your diet.
